Fully automated battery swapping can be completed in under five minutes for rapid energy replenishment. The stations support continuous 24-hour operation and feature dust and water resistance, making them suitable for complex environments such as ports, logistics parks and mines.
Integrated DC charging clusters can also be installed at the station to meet the routine charging needs of small fleets.

Drivers can complete the swap using a mobile mini-program, with one-tap unlocking and rapid battery replacement. The system supports up to 168 battery swaps per day, significantly shortening equipment downtime and increasing operating efficiency. No civil works are required, allowing flexible deployment across diverse operating environments.
For operating environments without fixed power infrastructure, SINOTRUK offers mobile energy replenishment solutions based on a range of mobile energy storage vehicles, with customized development available to suit customer requirements.
The solution is suitable for field construction, mining operations, emergency support and temporary operations. Mobile energy storage vehicles can quickly reach the site and replenish vehicle energy, ensuring uninterrupted transport operations.
